- Must be passionate about social justice, community-building, the arts and wellness; - Must have a positive, warm countenance; - Must live in South Florida or plan to be in South Florida on December 13-14, 2024; - Must have at least experience in working with people; - Must be comfortable with the outdoors; - Must be a team player, punctual, and accountable to due dates; - Must be ready & willing to work on a fast-paced environment; - Must have strong communication skills; - Must be available for at least two full team meetings (in-person or zoom); -Must attend mandatory all staff & volunteer meeting November 23 (11AM-3PM) - Must have reliable transportation.
